Therefore the Jewish People must stop pervading their lives with materialism (“egel hazahav”) and return to lives of spirituality and true Torah Judaism (to be a ''ממלכת כוהנים וגוי קדוש'' - exodus 19:6)

 AMONG HASHEM’S WARNINGS (WHICH ARE ALSO MESSAGES) TO HIS PEOPLE:

1 - Growing and virulent worldwide Anti-Semitism.

2 - Constant deaths and personal tragedies, lo aleynu (particularly amongst the frum community)

3 - Continual fears and threats - terrorist attacks, conventional and nuclear wars, etc. (More missiles are presently aimed at the Land of Israel than at any other place in the world).

4 - Worldwide financial disintegration (indicating the need for eliminating materialism).

ALL OF THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE WARNING TO THE WORLD IN GENERAL:

G-D IS WARNING THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD:

(AS HE WARNED EVERYONE BEFORE THE FLOOD AND OTHER PUNISHMENTS):

1 - To recognize Him as Creator and King of the World.

2 - To stop their hedonism, decadence and cruelty and accept the Seven Laws of Noah.

3 - To repent from all their crimes, large and small, against the Jewish People.

THESE WARNINGS INCLUDE:

1 - Unusual and awesome Natural disasters (tornados, hurricanes, floods such as in New Orleans, worldwide drought, tsunamis, earthquakes etc.).

2 - Fundamental change of the physical world (global warming, melting of polar ice, world-wide climate change etc - also causing food shortages and social unrest).

3 - Ongoing worldwide financial disintegration (because of the unbridled pursuit of materialism).

4 - The pervasion of fear and dangers (and the consequent destruction of tranquility)-Organized worldwide terrorist networks, frequent terrorist and suicide attacks, financial and social instability, Nuclear proliferation including growing danger of worldwide holocaust, spreading of worldwide violent or even suicidal Islamic fundamentalism, etc--other threats?

5 - Diseases and plagues (AIDS, cancer, etc.) killing millions of people.

6 - Growing unrest and regional instability in many parts of the world.

7 - A shocking number of illnesses and personal tragedies l”a.

8 - Increasing danger of a worldwide nuclear holocaust (particularly the threat from Iran to the entire Western world).

THE REASON FOR ALL OF THIS:

“Hashem is bringing the material world as we know it, the world of falsehood [materialism, vanities] to an end. Upon the remains of the destruction, will be born a world of Truth, a spiritual world, a world of total  good.

The Jewish People must quickly stop living a life of Egel Hazahv [materialism] and return to true Torah life. Because Hashem will only allow to remain those who who accept completely His Truth, just as He did in the redemption from Egypt [where one fifth or less survived], and only they will remain to greet Moshiach Tzidkanu”
